Knowledge Base (FAQ)
- Has the solution provided to the customer been audited following SOC 2 standards (e.g. SSAE 16; ISAE 3402) type II within the last year? If so, please provide a valid SOC 2 Type II report covering the solution in scope (following SAAE 16 / ISAE 3402 audit standards).
- Are audit logs centrally stored and retained? If so, please provide details on the retention policy
- Has the data center hosting environment storing customer data been audited following SOC 2 standards (e.g. SSAE 16; ISAE 3402) type II within the last year? If so, please provide the SOC 2 type II report.
- Have the penetration testers followed one of the two following industry standard methodologies: OWASP and OSSTMM? If no, please clarify.
- Does solution offer audit and reporting capabilities regarding user management and modification of access permissions?
